This Sunday at 10am we are pleased to showcase a vocal duet at the offertory with choir members Beth Ilem and Cliff Fairley. They will sing a special arrangement of the Prayer of St. Francis, Make me a channel of your peace, written for the funeral of Diana, Princess of Wales at Westminster Abbey in 1997.

Another musical highlight will be a harpsichord prelude by François Couperin (pictured here) called Les Barricades Mystérieuses (The Mysterious Barricades). This French Baroque piece with its enigmatic title is from Couperin’s 1717 Pièces de Clavecin and has a pleasingly repetitive structure.
