THANK YOU to all of you who have turned in your pledges, either during the services on our Ingathering Sunday last week or previously in the mail, collection basket or online. And if you’re wondering… yes, we’ll gladly continue to accept your pledges for the foreseeable future! We have a ways to go before we can fully fund our staff and ministries for 2024.

This Sunday, November 5, the St. Michael’s Youth Group will meet from 5:00 to 6:30 pm in the Nativity Hall for dinner, games and fellowship. Please give us a heads up if you’re coming so we have enough food.

It is so very important that we each do what we can, even when it feels small or insignificant or big and ostentatious. We do what we can, and trust God to bless our offerings and make them a blessing for others.

This Saturday, clergy, delegates and others will gather online for the Annual Meeting of the Convention of Episcopal Church in Western Oregon. Our form of church government in The Episcopal Church is representative and deliberative. Members of the laity are elected to represent their parish or mission congregation, serving alongside priests and deacons to take their part in the councils of the church.
