Women’s and Men’s Retreats have been held occasionally at retreat centers near Portland. They offer an opportunity to reflect on, and grow in, our relationship with God within a supportive and nurturing community. There are plans in the works for a Women’s Retreat in the spring of 2025. Church Camp weekends were revived in the summers of 2017 and 2018, held at the Twin Rocks Friends Camp in Rockaway Beach, Oregon. They were very popular for good reason – they provided an opportunity to relax in a beautiful setting and get to know people from all the services better, plus have a lot of fun playing games, walking on the beach and eating delicious food prepared by the camp staff. We look forward to future church camps!
