Three committees have been selected to carry out the transition process as St. Michael’s searches for a new rector. They include the Profile Committee, the Search Committee, and the Communications.
The Communications Committee is responsible for providing information on the transition process to all members of the St Michael & All Angels community. They will write articles for the various communication channels, including the website, eblast, Messenger and bulletins; and they will even send letters via standard post as they report on the activities of the Profile Committee, Search Committee, vestry and staff that relate to the search and selection of a new rector.
But this is two-way communication. The Communications Committee will also report suggestions, questions and comments they receive from members of the community, to the two committees or to vestry.
