Holy Baptism is full initiation by water and the Holy Spirit into Christ’s Body the Church. The traditional Feast Days for the celebration of Holy Baptism are St. Michael’s Day, All Saints’ Sunday, The Feast of Jesus’ Baptism, The Easter Vigil, Easter Sunday and Pentecost. Holy Baptism takes place in the context of a Worship Service with the gathered faith community as witnesses who pledge to support and encourage the newly baptized persons in their life in Christ.
