The Bilingual Lenten Book Group is starting soon It’s a great opportunity for members from the English- and Spanish-speaking congregations to get to know each other, tell our stories and reflect on our common spirituality. This year, we are returning to the book we used two years ago, Encounters with Jesus/Encuentros con Jesus from Forward Movement because it provides a solid basis for reflection. “Written by Latino leaders from across the Episcopal Church, the meditations invite all readers to encounter Jesus through stories and traditions that reflect and transcend culture and community.”

The book group will meet on the Sundays in Lent, starting March 9, from 2:30 to 3:15 pm in the Nativity Hall. Look for the signup sheet at the Welcome Table. Books are available for a suggested $5 donation. Questions? Contact the church office at office@stmaa.org.
