Dear Friends,

A new day is dawning at St. Michael & All Angels.

Last Sunday, we joyously celebrated the ministry of Rev. Sherman Hesselgrave. We will be forever grateful for his guidance and leadership through a difficult transition. He has earned some well-deserved rest and relaxation, and we wish Sherman safe travels in the coming weeks.

In just a couple of weeks, we will welcome the Reverend R. Scott Painter as our new rector. I know he is as excited as we are to begin a new chapter. Once again, the people of St. Michael & All Angels have proven to be generous beyond all measure. Our goal for moving costs is within reach.

Each week, we celebrate our faith through the Eucharist, scripture, music and prayers. We continue to serve God in the world through a wide variety of ministries. We care for each other and our neighbors. We work to maintain the aging building we call our church home.

I encourage you all to continue your generous support of St. Michael & All Angels. We are the LIFE of our parish.
