50 Years in Pursuit of a Promise

In early September, The Rev. Dennis j. Parker and many LGBTQIA2S+ folk and allies from across The Episcopal Church gathered in Minneapolis MN for “Full & Equal: 50 Years in Pursuit of A Promise”. This gathering returned to acknowledge the progress made and the work to still be accomplished after the General Convention of The Episcopal Church passed Resolution A069 in 1976: “Resolved, That it is the sense of this General Convention that homosexual persons are children of God who have a full and equal claim with all other persons upon the love, acceptance and pastoral concern and care of the Church.” Join Dennis+, who will share from his experience of the conference, the last 50 years, and the future yet to come.
