The survey of the congregation has been completed and is now in the hands of the Profile Committee. The committee received 164 survey responses which, according to Chairperson Barb Miller, is about the same number they received last time. When added to the 158 members of the congregation who attended Listening Sessions and others who wrote comments on the bulletin board, the Profile Committee has a good amount of information to inform their work, even if there was some overlap in the responses to each.

The Committee will now write the narrative for the profile. They will take all the research they have done and use it to create a document that is not only interesting to read, but one that will motivate the person we are looking for to apply for the job.
